The Difference between Personal and Commercial Commission

• PERSONAL: The artwork will be used for personal use only. It is meant to be for personal enjoyment or as a gift with no profit being made from the art. Social Media posts are allowed with credit.


• COMMERICAL: The artwork will be used for profit like being used for another product, sold or used for advertisement.
Examples: Book Covers, Merch, Pins, Prints, Character Design used for Video/Mobile Game Characters, Advertisement Banners etc.

Colored Sketch

Colored : 35€ | 40$
Grey Scale: 25€ | 30$

Illustration

• Price may increase depending on the complexity of the character or desired artwork

Portrait : 52€ | 60$
Bust Up: 62€ | 70$
Full Body: 75€ | 85$

Additions:

Terms of Service

General Guidelines

• I can refuse or deny any commission that I feel uncomfortable doing or I am not able to perform due to missing experience.
• Commission Prices are nonnegotiable.
• References are necessary! Either provide a very detailed description or send me reference pictures with a short description. Tell me if you have a certain scenery, pose, outfit, mood, atmosphere or other idea in mind! The more we communicate about what you want/what your ideas are, the more inspiration I will get! Let's work together for the best possible outcome! 🤍
• All commission will be posted online on my main Instagram! If you do not wish for your commission to be posted, please mention that beforehand.
• Max 4x revision on the sketch progress.
• Final commission will be sent as high quality .png file via Email or Google Drive.
•Estimate Waiting Time is around 2-6 weeks. Any delays will be notified.

Payment

• Payment will be the full commission price upfront. I will start working on your commission after the payment was received.
• In EUR or USD via Paypal.
• No refund possible after the approval of the sketch.

Use

• For Personal Use: You may crop or resize the artwork for Social Media icons or wallpapers, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. You are free to upload the commission to Social Media, as long as you give me credit for my work.


•For Commercial Use: By commissioning me, you're purchasing my artistic labor and a digital copy or design of your commissioned artwork. You retain the rights to my work, which include the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as sample for sales or self promotion.
• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and designs that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal projects.
